These terms and conditions apply to the use of our website and to all reservations made through www.campgrinsby.eu be made. By using our website or making a reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Camp Grinsby is a Swedish campsite offering camping pitches, glamping and stugas in the nature of Värmland, Sweden.

2. Reservations and payments

• Reservations can only be made via the booking tool on our website.
• When making a reservation, you pay a 20% advance payment of the total amount.
• The remaining shall be paid upon check-in at the campsite.
• A reservation guarantees you a site at the campsite during the booked period, but not a specific campsite.

3. Allocation of seats

We work not with fixed, numbered pitches.
On arrival, our staff will be happy to help you choose a suitable and available place.
We will additionally keep a limited number of places available that are only on-site available, these cannot be booked in advance and are therefore not guaranteed.

4. Cancellation policy

Pitches

• Up to 3 days before arrival: in case of cancellation due to illness or other reasons, we only keep the down payment (20%) In.
• Within 3 days before arrival or in case of non-arrival: the full amount of the stay is due.

Glamping & Stuga

• Up to 2 weeks before arrival: in case of cancellation due to illness or other reasons, we only keep the down payment (20%) In.
• Within 2 weeks before arrival or in case of non-arrival: the full amount of the stay is due.

5. Cancellation insurance

Camp Grinsby offers no cancellation insurance to.
We recommend that you contact your own insurance company or travel agent.

6. Arrival and departure

• Check-in and check-out times are mentioned in your booking confirmation or communicated on site.
• Guests are requested to leave their pitch neat and tidy on departure.
• Camp Grinsby reserves the right to refuse guests who do not comply with the house rules.

7. Liability

• Stay at Camp Grinsby and use of our facilities is at your own risk.
• Camp Grinsby will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury unless there is gross negligence on our part.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions, force majeure or events beyond our control.

8. Using the website

• The contents of our website (texts, photos, logos, etc.) are the property of Camp Grinsby and may not be copied or reused without permission.
• Visitors should provide correct information when making reservations.

9. Privacy

We treat your personal data with care and in accordance with applicable European privacy legislation (GDPR).

10. Applicable law

On these terms, it is Swedish law applicable.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Sweden.
