Note: Unfortunately, you cannot choose a specific campspot in advance. Your reservation guarantees you a place at the campsite, but the exact location will be assigned upon arrival. If you come with family or friends and they also have a reservation, we will do our best to place you as close together as possible, if you wish.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

When you make a reservation at Camping Grinsby, you are guaranteed a pitch at the campsite for the period booked. Please note that we do not work with fixed, numbered pitches. This means that on arrival you will be allocated a pitch by our staff. They will be happy to help you find a suitable spot that is available at that time.

Cancellation conditions camping pitch:

• Up to 3 days before arrival: If you have to cancel your trip due to illness or any other reason, we will retain only the deposit of your total stay.
• Late cancellation (from 3 days before arrival): In this case, we ask you to pay the full amount of your stay.

Cancellation policy Glamping & Stuga:

• Up to 2 weeks before arrival: If you have to cancel your trip due to illness or any other reason, we will retain only the deposit of your total stay.
• Late cancellation or no-show (from 2 weeks before arrival): In this case, we ask you to pay the full amount of your stay.

Summary:

• Booking guarantees a place, but you cannot choose a specific spot on the campsite in advance.
• On-site allocation: On arrival, we will allocate you an available camping pitch.
• We keep a number of places available which are only available on site. You can drop by to see if anything is free, but this is not guaranteed.
